“Our experience with Mode was awesome. We met Mark at his booth at a Home Show and talked to him about renovating our bathroom. At the time we were not really interested in going ahead with the project, but wanted some pricing information to help us budget for it. We set up an appointment to discuss details and options.
As our luck would have it, the day before the appointment, our bathtub sprung a leak which caused this project to become more of a necessity.
Mark showed up on time and was very thorough with walking us through the products, what to expect and made several suggestions to guide us through the process.
On installation day, which actually came sooner than expected, Carlos and Maribel showed up on time and were very friendly. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job. They made short work of the demo of the tub and shower area and got to work transforming our shower/bathtub space.
When they were finished they cleaned up the area so it looked like they had never been there, except for the transformation of the space.
